Brand Story

The ancient historian Omiros told the tale of wine, whose greatness was unmatched by any in the mortal world. This was wine from the island Naxos, and all agreed this land must be blessed by Dionysus himself. But the gifts of Naxos are not taken easily. Sun and salt from the sea makes its soil special - but also near impossible to grow grapes. And so over time, wine from Naxos became a lost treasure. Ages later, one native family of Naxos has rediscovered Naxian wine. They live with a belief that the soil is where everything begins and ends. That you must put love into the earth, and its maternal spirit will sustain you. It’s this connection to the land that allows them to grow this wine today. The people of Naxos believe what you drink reveals your true nature. They embrace the simple things and live with crystal clear intentions. This wine is how they share their true nature with you.

Design Brief

The client was looking for a minimalist and elegant in style. They wanted to play with the colors of the sea in Naxos and the idea of depicting the maternal spirit as Mother Earth, whose hair dissolves in waves.
